MEDIA: Yomiuri Shimbun
Yassan’s activities were featured in the Yomiuri Shimbun, a popular Japanese newspaper.
This is a feature article on GPS art. With the spread of smartphones, its use in social networking sites and events is increasing. I actually walked with the reporter and created the “Tiger at Toranomon” by Sweater. We walked around Tokyo for about three hours in the intense heat, but we were very lucky to be able to finish the drawing without suffering from heat stroke!
In addition, feartured Yassan’s past works and his latest work “Operation ONE TEAM”. GPS art started out as a private motive, but gradually awareness spread and the number of enthusiasts increased……..
Hope that this article will encourage you to try GPS Art.
