Yassan created NFT art to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Casio’s watch brand. the NFT art was published on “Astar zkEVM (*1)” and features Casio watches in a digital world.

The NFT art collection was created by eight creators, including Yassan, and is provided on “Yoki Origins (*2)“.

GPS art is completed by adding one step at a time, but it has been fused with Casio’s vision of the world, which has been elevated from calculators to digital watches based on the idea of “adding one second at a time”.
With the popularization of GPS art, the fusion with digital art has begun, and while we have presented GPS art as part of the NFT art collection, this is the first time in the world that GPS art has been presented as a corporate collaboration NFT art. This field is expected to be revitalized in the future, and we look forward to its further development.

*1 Astar zkEVM

Astar zkEVM is an ethereum Layer 2 solution (another network built on top of Layer 1, the basic network for ethereum, etc.) developed by the Japanese company Stake Technologies in It was developed in partnership with Polygon Labs.
The mainnet was launched on March 6, 2024.

*2 Yoki Origins

A two-month campaign organized by Astar Network to celebrate the launch of Astar zkEVM. The goal is to let users experience the Astar zkEVM ecosystem and feel familiar with the Web3 service.
Users will collect and grow Yoki, an original character based on a yokai (a Japanese monster) motif.
Yoki Origins also has a capsule toy machine where users can randomly obtain a capsule containing a Yoki. There are four capsules in total, one at first, and more will be added gradually.

Casio Computer’s Watch Company 50th Anniversary NFT Collection
