Support & Supervision: GPS Art App Project by Kashiwanoha High School Students
Yassan supervised the project for the “Regional Learning Support GPS Art App” developed by students at Chiba Prefectural Kashiwanoha High School.

Issue:
Improving outdoor learning experiences for 3rd-grade students.
Solution:
Developed a custom GPS art application and conducted field workshops.
Achievement:
Won the President’s Award (理事長賞) at the 2025 Autumn Academic Conference of the Association of Japanese Geographers.
I am honored to have supported this innovative team. Their project doesn’t end with graduation—they plan to continue developing the app to further promote the joy of GPS art and geography!
