What is "GPS DRAWING"?
GPS DRAWING combines art, traveling and technology and is a method of drawing that uses GPS to create large-scale artwork.
By GPS Drawing, I can feel and read the real landscape by my body.
1) Plan into the map.
2) Having and turning on GPS logger, and go around the real site by following the map. Then the line is made as I moving.
I can read many phenomenon through drawing: atmosphere, culture, building, people, condition of the road and any other real. It must be the real field work.
3) After finishing to move, import log-data from GPS logger and impose into a mapping software like Google Earth(R).
Then I also keep document (essay, photo and log data) on my blog (http://ameblo.jp/fa-yas/).
